Orange Butter Cake

Ingredients
240g Self-raising flour
250g Sugar
250g Butter
4 Eggs
1 Orange (juice & grated)
1tsp Baking soda

Method
1. Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
2. Mix in eggs one at a time.
3. Mix in flour and baking soda.
4. Finally, mix in orange juice and grated orange.
5. Preheat oven to 170C. Bake for 35 mins.

The simplest yet nicest cake one can bake. Sure jadi one~ Even tried replacing the orange juice with just water for Butter Cake and with chocolate chip for Chocolate Chip Butter Cake.
